"On Friday 25th June 2010, I had a yellow warning light appear in the instrument panel of my Astra. I checked the manual and discovered I had a fault with the catalytic converter. I phoned your department to report the fault at 08.10 on the Saturday and was advised to contact the AA. I phoned them at 08.30 and was informed that a patrolman would be with me just after 09.00. He arrived at 09.10 and recognised the fault. He said he would tow the vehicle to your workshop. I phoned your office to say the vehicle was on its way. I next had a call from your department at approximatley 11.45 to say the vehicle was ready for collection. From 08.10 to 11.45, less than four hours on a Saturday morning my vehicle was repaired and ready for me to collect. What wonderfull service, I thank you and your staff profusely."
