The All-New Mazda CX-5 premiered at the Frankfurt Motor Show on Tuesday 13th September this year. This was the world premiere of Mazda's all new crossover SUV and the first in a new generation of Mazda products. Click here to see a video uplink of the new Mazda CX-5 on You Tube.

New features

As the first of Mazda's new generation of vehicles, the CX-5 will feature SKYACTIV technology and is built around the new design theme 'KODO - Soul of Motion.' Petrol and diesel options will be available, as well as manual and automatic transmission versions, delivering precise handling responses and a high quality ride, not to mention outstanding environmental credentials and advanced safety performance.

Petrol and Diesel

The European engine line will feature a petrol SKYACTIV-G 2.0 Litre and a SKYACTIV-G 2.2 Litre diesel engine, with under 120g/km CO2 emissions.

Kodo - Soul of Motion

Mazda's new design theme was previewed with the Shinari and Minagi concept cars. Unique themes of the new Kodo design include a prominent new frontal treatment, with a bolder family race and more dynamic styling that conveys a strong sense of vitality and agility.
