Ampera - A New Confidence

Ampera is on sale now at Underwoods, with stock anticipated in the spring. Underwoods hope to have a demo vehicle by early March. With 100% Electric drive, Ampera is offered with an automatic transmission. The Lithium-Ion battery provides Ampera with a range of up to 50 miles, before the range extending petrol engine kicks in to generate further electricity and allow you to drive the car as any other Vauxhall vehicle. Charging the Ampera at home can be done from a 240v domestic 3 pin socket and comes with a 6 metre cable. Local councils are steadily increasing charging points when you're out and about. This car has a lot to offer and marks a new direction for Vauxhall.
