Aftersales Service Manager - Skoda

At Underwoods we are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager for our successful and expanding Skoda dealership in Colchester.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a prominent local independent dealer group investing heavily in the Skoda franchise with a new, more spacious and luxurious showroom to accommodate the continued success and growth of this brand. You will be representing one of the world’s fastest growing motor brands and working with an experienced team of skilled garage professionals.

As Aftersales Manager the applicant will be a pro-active member of the dealership's management team and be responsible for overseeing and motivating our team compromising of Workshop Controller, Skoda trained Technicians and Service Advisors.

You will be required to run an efficient and professional operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of labour. You will display extensive parts knowledge and be able to manage stock efficiently.

This is a challenging role and will require someone with drive and determination. The applicant should have excellent technical knowledge along with strong organisation and motivational skills. They must have full experience in managing a garage workshop, ideally for a large dealership.

The successful applicant must have an excellent attitude and be able to work as part of a team. They must take pride in their work, in line with the levels of excellence expected at Underwoods Motor Group.

Working hours are 8:00-18.00 Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday mornings 8:00-13.00. Full UK driving license required.
