Customer Contact Consultant - Sudbury
Underwoods Motor Group have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is focused on customer service. This is a newly created key role within our Aftersales team at Sudbury in Suffolk, joining a successful independent dealer group representing Vauxhall and Skoda.
Your main role will be to generate Service, MOT and Recall bookings, for both retail and Motability customers. You will work closely with the Service Manager and Marketing Department to optimise the use of company data to maximise revenue and meet KPIs.
Your focus will be to provide a personal, start to finish service for our customers, from initial booking to final Customer Service call.
The role includes;
Previous experience in the Motor Trade essential, Aftersales experience a benefit. Excellent telephone manner, confident attitude and IT literacy required.
The successful applicant must have a positive can-do attitude, be self-motivated and able to work as part of a team. They must take pride in their work, in line with the levels of excellence expected at Underwoods Motor Group.
Part time 30 hours per week (6 hours per day). Working hours to be agreed. Basic salary will include additional commission and profit share opportunities.
