first time I went to kia in Colchester I was not sure then we met great sales person he name is paul, j salmon he is 100% great sale advisor he did not force us in any way he was so helpful and he let us take a wheelchair to the showroom so we can make sure it fit in the boot ok .he look after us and my mother in law so much I will be going back to kia again if I do get a other car once again paul thank you so much for what you have done for us

Recently picked up a Kia Venga excellent car for access and egress for us older generation. Jamie the salesman was excellent nothing was to much trouble for him.The car itself is excellent like the satnav,Bluetooth phone radio all easy to use. Automatic gearbox very good cannot at present say anything bad about this car. My first Kia and will not be my last.

I expected much better service than I received from a 'main' dealer & wouldn't recommend servicing or repairs if your Kia is under warranty. 4 week wait for a repair & a promise of a loan car which didn't materialize. Left very disappointed.

Me and wife was made very welcome from when we when in to leaving a young man was a gentleman he showed us around all the cars and explained prices and gadgets even got to sit in them we got a kia car and love it but when we update are next car we are going eco electric and petrol they have a bigger boot to put wheelchair in its really nice. We were given a lovely hot drink as well I'd recommend everyone to go and have a look they might see there dream car there as we did.
