I cannot fault her professionalism and friendliness, it is always outstanding. I have always dealt with Underwoods, both Colchester and Clacton and I have never had a reason to complain. I would recommend anyone to go to Underwoods should you require a Motablity car. The new car is fantastic and a vast improvement over the last car (Zafira) in this case.

Yesterday we collected our new mobility car. The salesman you help us was a gentleman called Glyn. I would like to say what a helpful pleasant and friendly person he is. Nothing was ever to much trouble and he couldn't do enough to help us or answer any question and I believe he went the extra mile. Phoning us to check prior to collecting that everything was OK as we had some extreme weather even offering to come and pick us up or. Excellent service Liam Wilson was so helpful and I shall be forever grateful for his expertise, I had to change from manual to automatic after forty two years and was very apprehensive, Liam took me out for a test drive and made sure I was comfortable driving the automatic, and on collection of the car made sure I knew where everything was. As a full time wheelchair user, and someone who has always driven Citroen's previously (with hand controls), I wanted to find a car with a smoother gearbox. The new Vauxhall Astra was suggested to me, so I went for it. I've had my Astra Sports Tourer for a few months now and need to let you know how great it is. 

The gearbox is a smooth straight 7 I believe and works seamlessly with the hand control adaptions. The car itself has plenty of leg and height room. The finish is great too. If you like your tech, (I certainly do), then this car is perfect for you. 

I rely on Amazon Music instead of Apple, as it works better for me in my home or in the car. As the Astra Tourer has Apple Play, so you can simply plug your phone into the USB charging point in the centre console, which transfers your apps directly to the touchscreen on your dash. It's just very easy. I also prefer Apple Maps for directions, and that app works perfectly well too. 

Debbie Parkinson at Vauxhall Underwoods has been great and very helpful too. You can check your mileage or tyre pressure from your phone and the OnStar system which can support you is very comprehensive. So basically if your disabled and need a car that will transfer a wheelchair, a scooter and/or you use hand controls, then this is the car for you!
